USA Today reports Blair River, the 29 year old spokesman for the Heart Attack Grill in Chandler, Arizona, who stood 6-foot-8 and weighed about 575 pounds, died on Tuesday. What caused his premature passing? As you ironically scream “heart attack!”, friends suspect it might be the result of contracting pneumonia after getting the flu. I didn’t think pneumonia was that serious, but that’s why my license was revoked.
